Change of Venue for State Elks Convention

Due to the demolition of the DoubleTree by Hilton Tempe, the Arizona Elks Annual Convention will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix/Mesa. The address is 1011 West Holmes Avenue, Mesa.
The convention dates have changed:
- 1st Business Session: Friday, May 8th, at 8:00 AM
- 2nd Business Session: Saturday, May 9th, at 8:00 AM
- 3rd Business Session: Sunday, May 10th, ending at approximately noon
The Welcome Dinner will be a buffet held on Thursday, May 7th, at 7:00 PM.
The Hospitality Room has a major change: a paid bartender from the DoubleTree will serve all alcohol. The facility is non-smoking. No liquor or food may be taken out of the Hospitality Room at any time. No personal liquor may be taken to the lobby or into the Hospitality Room.
Registration forms will be available in the middle of February 2026.
