Ron Watkins was recognized for his steady behind-the-scenes service, including taking over the Lodge's Sunday Smashburgers tradition for members and guests to enjoy.

Funded by a $10,000 annual Impact Grant over three years, the new committee aims to support at least 300 homeless and at-risk youth through monthly supplies, resources, and community partnerships.

Around 100 members and families enjoyed the June 27 Luau, featuring a Hawaiian feast prepared by Cindy, music by DJ KLO2, free snow cones, and the pool area transformed into a tropical paradise.

Volunteers welcomed veterans of World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War, along with the volunteers who make Honor Flight possible, for a special luncheon at the Lodge.

More than 120 attendees joined the Nation of Patriots Arizona Chapter event at the Lodge on June 6, raising over $30,000 to assist 150 Arizona veterans in need.

Phoenix Elks #335 welcomed state leaders, district officers, and Lodge representatives from across Arizona under State President Frank Buso to prepare for the new year of service.

Twenty-five new members were initiated at the May 21 and June 4 Lodge sessions, joining the Phoenix Elks Lodge #335 family.

Partnering with the American Red Cross on June 3, the Lodge collected 27 units of blood, continuing a life-saving partnership spanning more than 30 years. The next drive is set for October 7, 2026.

Carol and Earl were named Elks of the Month for their constant volunteer work at Public Bingo, Veterans Committee events, picnics, and wherever help is needed around the Lodge.

Members attending the Arizona Elks Association Convention May 8–10 saw Phoenix Elks Lodge #335 receive the AEA Lodge of the Year Award along with several additional awards.

Kai Pino earned 2nd Place in the national Elks Americanism Essay Contest, a tremendous honor for the Lodge and community, celebrated at the Scholarship and Americanism Essay Awards Dinner on May 3.

Thirteen locally-sponsored high school seniors received $29,500 in Lodge scholarships at the annual banquet, with AEA, MVS, and Legacy awards bringing the total presented to $53,500.

Fantastic hats, decorated horses, games, and prizes made Derby Day a hit while raising nearly $3,000 for the Children's Christmas Shopping Spree.

45 children and about 150 total guests enjoyed the Elks Kids Committee's Annual Easter Egg Hunt, with three age-grouped hunts, Antlers volunteers, and lunch prepared by Cindy.

North and West District Lodge Competition was held at Sun City Elks Lodge #2559, highlighting strong performances across lodges and celebrating Phoenix Lodge team wins and district placements.

Antlers members spent a February afternoon cleaning up Venturoso Park across from the Lodge, collecting several bags of trash for families and neighbors to enjoy a cleaner park.

Phoenix Elks Lodge #335 hosted a Super Bowl Party for members and guests, supported by volunteers who helped create a fun community gathering around the big game.

The Lodge hosted its annual Charity Ball as a Mardi Gras celebration with live music, auctions, and donated baskets, raising an estimated $10,000 for scholarship programs and introducing incoming Lodge officers.

Old Timers Night welcomed more than 100 attendees and honored 40 Old Timers with complimentary dinners and drinks, plus 5-year increment pins for 25+ year members and special recognition for long-tenured and senior members.

Past Exalted Rulers filled all Officer Stations for a special Lodge meeting and initiation night, demonstrating ritual proficiency and honoring Phoenix Lodge #335’s traditions and leadership.

Anesthesiologist Dr. Jason Begalke was honored as January Elk of the Month for his work with HopeKids and his contributions to Hoop Shoot, Thanksgiving Baskets, youth programs, and technical support since joining the Elks in 2024.

156 attendees including 80 children enjoyed a warm meal, donuts, raffles, gifts from Santa, and letters to servicemembers written by the Antlers.

87 volunteers helped bring a joyful Christmas to 156 community children — including 77 children of American veterans and Gold Star survivor families — with clothing, gifts, and a party with Santa.

Phoenix Elks Lodge No. 335 held its annual Memorial Service to honor and remember members who are no longer with us.

Lodge members volunteered at Fry's Food Store for the annual Salvation Army bell-ringing event, continuing a tradition of community service.

Members packed the newly renovated Lodge on December 6 for an evening of Fun Bingo, with laughter, friendly competition, and several lucky winners.

Six young ladies and their advisor, Jeffrey Warner, performed three Christmas carols in the lounge before Christmas, earning badges of Merit for their bravery.

225 Thanksgiving boxes distributed with 11,000 pounds of food, supporting 450 people. 92 volunteers packed baskets on packing night.
