
How Phoenix Comes Together
Throughout the year, Phoenix Lodge hosts community events—dinners, raffles, car shows, and more—to fund our annual Children’s Shopping Spree. Thanks to generous supporters and partners, we serve approximately 150 local kids with essential clothing and winter wear.
- Shop Day: Kids are paired 1:1 (or 1:2) with volunteers and taken to JCPenney for new clothes and shoes.
- Back to the Lodge: Everyone returns to #335 for a warm meal served by volunteers.
- Santa’s Visit: Santa meets each child and shares a wrapped gift—capping an unforgettable morning.

How It Works
1) We Fundraise
Year‑round Elks events raise the dollars needed for clothing budgets, transportation, meals, and gifts.
2) We Shop
On the big day, volunteers meet kids at JCPenney and help them pick out new clothes, jackets, and shoes.
3) We Celebrate
Back at the Lodge, kids enjoy a hot meal with their families—and time with Santa, who brings a special gift.
